I’m not going to lie.
It’s pretty darn hard.
But when you’re sick, you have to take action.
And, of course, that means staying home and doing nothing.
And I do want to make a special mention to the health and wellness industry, which makes a big deal about its “self-healing” (read: anti-toxins) products.
But that’s really just a spin on the truth.
When you’re feeling ill, and your family or friends don’t want you to get sick, that’s your choice.
If you have a chronic illness, there are ways you can control your health, but they won’t always work.
And if you’re at a point where you’re really, really sick, there’s no point in spending money on a product that will likely be ineffective.

So what’s the best way to stay healthy while also being a super-patient?
I think there are three ways to stay health-wise while still having fun and getting a ton done.
If the best thing about being sick is the fact that you can keep track of everything, then getting organized is key.
It will help you keep track and track track of your health and to make sure you don’t miss any important things.
I’ve got some ideas on what you can get in the mail to help you do that.
You may think that if you spend your days indoors, you’ll have no problem staying healthy.
And that’s true.
But outside of your home, you may not even be able to stay well.
For me, my most important thing is my outdoor activity.
I like to spend time outside in the fresh air.
If I can get outside and do it, theres no reason to not get well.
Take a walk.
I am an avid outdoorsman, and I do love the fact I can just walk around.
I don’t need to be physically active.
I can easily take walks when I want.
And because I have a lot of time, I find it really relaxing.
But, for me, walking isnt the best place to be.
I love to eat.
But I don.
And eating a lot can make me feel ill, even though I don, too.
I do however love walking and going for walks.
The truth is, if I can walk to and from work, I’ll be doing the best I can, which is to stay home and do nothing.
But if I need to get to work, that can be a problem.
