A link to Maryland’s health connection has been emailed to people in Maryland.
Dignity has partnered with the Maryland Health Connection to offer a free health information portal that can be used to connect people with information about health, medicine, and health care.
The Health Connection is a collaboration of MD Health, the state’s Department of Health Services, and a coalition of organizations and individuals committed to providing comprehensive and accurate information about MD health.
“We’re excited to be working with the MD health connection to bring this portal to the Maryland community,” said Dr. Mary C. Moore, MD, Executive Director of the MDHCC.
“We know our patients and their families are going to benefit from this resource and we’re grateful to be able to help them reach out.”
The MDHCT offers a free online tool for anyone who has health care issues, including chronic illnesses, medical conditions, and disabilities.
The portal allows people to view relevant information on topics including:Medication interactions, medications, and prescriptions, as well as links to related resources and medical information.
